Game Balance

Troopers no longer change soul sharing rules after laning phase
Troopers no longer increase bounty by 20% at 8 minutes
+Hero Kill gold increased from 150->1400 to 175->2000
-Neutral Creeps now give 5% less souls
Troopers now take 28% more damage from Guardians
+Walkers damage vs players increased by 10%
Guardians will focus enemy players within 15m who attack heroes
Moved 8 neutral camps to between inner and outer lanes
Added Cosmic Veils to Mid ground floor entrances
Biased Urn delivery locations moved closer to neutral positions
Respawn curve adjusted (40s respawn at 17m instead of 20m)
Walker armor loss now occurs at 16m instead of 14m
